EASTER & St GEORGE’S DAY CELEBRATIONS
All members of the camping and caravanning club are welcome to join SLDA at our meet.
Thursday
Welcome and free and easy.
Friday
From 3:00pm Stewards Treat, Soup & Biscuits. Please bring your own cups.
From 6:30pm Evening get together in event shelters, bring your own drinks and nibbles.
Saturday
From 4.00pm Children’s activities making St George Shields & Swords.
From 6:30pm Evening get together in event shelters, bring your own drinks and nibbles.
Sunday
From 10:00am Easter Egg Hunt, followed by egg throwing (in pairs) – bring your own raw egg.
From 2:00pm Easter Hat Parade followed by SLDA duck race at Caton, & St George Celebrations.
From 6:30pm Evening get together in event shelters, bring your own drinks and nibbles. Raffle will be drawn and prizes to be awarded.
Monday
From 10:30am Coffee morning. Please bring your own tea and coffee.
Tuesday
As you are leaving us today then have a safe journey home and see you all on a field soon

Easy walks to Crook O’Lune, Fishing, Cycle into Lancaster or Morecambe, Local shops and nice Pubs in Caton.
Places to visit - The Lake District, Lakeland Motor Museum Leighton Hall, home of the Gillow furniture making family. National trust at Sizergh Castle for the Cadbury chocolate egg hunt only for the Children, see the National trust website for details.

From M6 J34 take A683 towards Kirkby Longsdale / Caton for approx 2 miles On entering Caton, site entrance is on Left immediately before the 1st house.
